Cabin Fever? Winter Activities for Families

Explore Some Free Family Friendly Activities around Town

Let’s face it.  Kids need to get out of the house and explore their world, but it isn’t always easy to navigate an activity when you have a child who struggles with behavioral or sensory issues.  Check out some great nearby opportunities at libraries and other community gathering spots.  And even though this is winter in Minnesota, there are plenty of great activities at the parks, many of which have great indoor nature centers where you can warm up, check out a salamander, or touch some wolf fur. You never know what might spark your child’s interest!
